Chapel Lakes: 5 Minutes or Less WTIL

Our customers often tell us that Wait Time In Line (WTIL) helps define their entireexperience at the Post Office.  WTIL alsohelps to determine whether a customer will continue to use postal products andservices or go to our competitors.  

Hollywood’s Chapel Lakes Sales and ServicesAssociates truly value their customers’ time.  Congratulationsto the team for continuing a trend that began in FY 11 with an overall 100% WTIL score.   Hollywood Postmaster ScottBower proudly reports that Chapel Lakes SSAs achieved 100% WTIL in Quarter 1, FY 12.  He thanked his employees forproviding outstanding service, presenting each with a plaque, along with"Outstanding Performance" certificates signed by DistrictManager Jeffrey A. Becker.
